Configuring an IPhone

 

To set up your email address on an IPhone follow these instructions. 

 

1Firstly go to settings > mail,contact,calenders > add accounts

2Then select “other” from the bottom of the list of account types that will appear on the screen.

3On the next screen enter your name, email address and password into the appropriate fields and then click save in the top right hand corner.

4Now you will need to enter your incoming Mail Server details the first option is to choose either IMAP or POP from the two larger buttons at the top of the screen. You can use either but we would recommend IMAP.

5Enter the host name as: mail.mysmarterwebsite.co.uk, put the username as your email address and enter your password.

6Scroll down and now enter your Outgoing Mail Server settings, enter the host name as: mail.mysmarterwebsite.co.uk, put the username as your email address and enter your password.

7Then click save in the top right hand corner and your account should now be setup.
